- Junior ADU (JADU): Up to 500 sq ft, carved from existing space within your home. Requires its own entrance and efficiency kitchen.

- Garage conversion: $80,000 – $150,000
- Detached ADU (400-800 sq ft): $150,000 – $300,000
- Detached ADU (800-1,200 sq ft): $250,000 – $410,000
Permits & Regulations
We handle the entire permit process — from initial plans to final inspection. Arcadia-specific ADU requirements include 5-15 foot setbacks, 35-foot height limits, 1,200 sq ft maximum, and parking requirements (9'x18' standard).
